Intervention

Project NIA is an incubator and provides support for a number of volunteer-led and run initiatives. This is in keeping with our goal to develop a cadre of new leaders who will take an interest in supporting youth in trouble with the law.

Our goal is to develop a cadre of new leaders who will take an interest in supporting youth in trouble with the law.

We recognize that collective work is not sustainable unless individuals are being transformed along the way. Individual transformation needs to be connected to collective action to create long-term change. Through our support of various interventions, we seek to build a base of empowered citizens who will join the movement to transform juvenile justice and dismantle the prison industrial complex.
